Customized function air compressor oil cut-off protection device

The air compressor oil-cutoff comprehensive protection device can be used wherever there is an air compressor in any mine. This device is highly functional and can be configured according to on-site requirements. Its main functions include: air compressor oil or water cutoff protection, air storage tank overtemperature and overpressure protection, motor bearing temperature monitoring, motor vibration monitoring, intelligent oil filter replacement reminder function, reserved cloud platform interface and dedicated detection interface. The operating status enables mobile and PC-based early warning functions for air compressor oil cutoff, oil refill, and oil replenishment. It also enables air compressor oil level monitoring and alarm functions, effectively preventing air compressor failures and accidents.
